At Emerald Stitch Quilting, every purse, pouch and quilt is stitched with love, fun fabrics, and a whole lot of personality. We hope your order brings you joy—but if something’s gone wonky, don’t worry, we’ve got your back!

🧵 Not Quite Right?

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong purse (oops!), please let us know within 14 days of delivery.
Email us at info@emeraldstitchquilting.com or through the Contact Page on our website with:

• Your order number
• A short note about the issue
• A few photos (if possible, we’re visual folks!)

We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or a full refund (yep, shipping too). We want happy purse people!

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned:

• Custom or personalized items (they were made just for you!)
• Sale or clearance goodies
• Gift cards
• “Oops, I changed my mind” situations
